Incorporated in 2008

E2M Investments, the successor of E2M Administration and Participations Ltda, was established in 2008 by professionals with over 30 years of experience in the Financial Market and started its activities as a management and holding company.

Regulated and Authorized Company

On July 30, 2010, through Declaratory Act no. 11,200 from the CVM received authorization to provide Securities Portfolio Management services, transforming itself into an independent asset manager, not linked to a financial group, in the partnership model.

The management team is made up of professionals with extensive knowledge in business management and financial intermediation. They accumulate successful experience in investments and disinvestments in the most diverse sectors of the Financial and Capital Markets.

Integrity, Ethics and Transparency

Committed to the principles of integrity, ethics and transparency, since December 2010 it has managed equity and multimarket investment funds. Its partners actively participate in the company’s strategies and are also investors in the managed funds.
Since then, it has been successfully developing its ability to generate value and consistent returns for its investors.

The investment allocation decision is of fundamental importance, especially in the Brazilian market, where the main characteristic is high volatility. The application of resources must be guided based on realistic expectations, following three concepts of value creation:

Grow up

investing resources in applications where the expected return is greater than the opportunity cost;

Search

greater operational efficiency in management;

Move

resources of an application whose expected return is less than the opportunity cost.

Based on these premises and on the possible political and macroeconomic scenarios, nationally and internationally, an analysis of investment possibilities is carried out. The guidelines are designed with the objective of optimizing the relationship between risk and return.

MARCELLINO

Graduated in Business Administration and post-graduated in Masters in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) in 2005. With over 40 years of experience in the Brazilian financial market, with a focus on fixed income and capital markets. At E2M, he is the director responsible for managing portfolios and attracting investments.

EDNA REGINA
MARCELINO

Graduated in Business Administration from the University of the City of São Paulo in 1994. With over 30 years of experience in the Brazilian financial market, with a focus on the fixed income market. At E2M, she is the director responsible for compliance with the CVM and other bodies.

LUCIANA
MARA GOZZO

Graduated in Economics. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian financial market, focusing on the equity market in Brazil and abroad. At E2M, she is risk director and chief economist.
